My sensei asked me to make a hugging Mel. We all struggle with this aspect of social distancing, the lack of physical contact. It’s also hard to keep coming up with content inspired by interaction in Aikido when there is practically none. So today I’m just sending a virtual hug to everyone - Take care and be safe.
