I usually hear the saying “Slow is smooth and smooth is fast”, but my sensei, Daniel Brasse, mentioned the other day a quote from Wyatt Earp, which I really liked: "Fast is fine, but accuracy is final. You have to learn to be slow in a hurry”. Basically they both say the same thing and very true to our Aikido practice.
