In these crazy times of social distancing I’m so lucky to have two girls who practice Aikido. But I do realize that there are many out there who don’t have that luxury so here’s an idea how to easily have any family member/roommate practice Aikido with you. Zero frustration trying to figure out which leg goes where with what hand to which side, up or down.
